Copyright - Culture Spears - Ekentolo 2011 All Rights Reserved.  Culture Spears hosts awards   Culture Spears hosted an in-house award event that also coincided with female vocalist, Magdeline Lesolebe's birthday bash            According to Kabelo Mogwe, the music group            that now employs a full-time staff of 39, recognised Joe                       Maseko as the Producer of the Year.  The company has            during 2010 released the Ekentolo vol.3, Goo Lowe Cultural Group.            Tumelo Lesole, who hails from Molepolole, was recognised as the            Best Dancer for Culture Spears, while Nthabiseng Lepono of Ekentolo           was declared the Best Dancer in the group.  One Vincent was announced            Best Dancer for Goo Lowe traditional group.  An administration officer,            Goitseone Mothomela, scooped the award for the Most Improved Worker,            while Malebogo Sephikwe, also a dancer for Culture Spears, was             honoured as the Most Loyal employee. Employee of the Year award went            to Mogwe, who also owns the company. His marketing department was also            announced the Office of the Year, beating the administration, finance,                 distribution, and operations departments.In the presence of Kweneng East            Member of Parliament (MP) Moeng Pheto, Culture Spears also donated food            hampers to all the three SOS homes in Botswana and gave P5 000 and P3 500            to the office for the disabled at the Office of the President and Mogoditshane Fighters FC respectively Eke Ntolo 3 Kulanyane studios  have announced the release of their newest afro-pop album. Titled Eke Ntolo 3, the concept that sees some members of Culture Spears like Magdalene Lesolebe appearing under different names, fuses Mbaqanga and '80s Zimbabwean jazz melodies with modern dance tunes Last year the Eke Ntolo 2, with tracks such as Chika became the festive season's most celebrated album.   In fact the announcement of the latest instalments might shock the Market, as the Eke Ntolo album remains one of the best selling offerings ever.  The success of the Eke Ntolo project caused some observers to speculate that Culture Spears might now have dumped cultural music, their signature music.  However, in the same statement where they announce the release of Eke Ntolo 3, Culture Spears indicate that a new cultural music release will follow next year.  They say they hope the market for cultural music would be ripe by the first quarter of next year.  Their last cultural music release was Khudu in 2008, and the album last year also followed in the footsteps of its predecessor, Kulenyane, as it bagged Song of the Year at the Botswana Musicians Union (BOMU) Annual Awards. The latest Eke Ntolo album features Magdalene, as Charma Gal and the hit-maker has contributed three songs, including the title track,Matebele, which hit Radio Botswana (RB) airwaves this Tuesday. Former Rockas and Divine lead singer Mickey, real name Dineo Matlhabe, is also featured in the latest installment in which he has contributed three songs.  Last year, the Eke Ntolo project featured Mantshwabisi twins as guests.  The producers of the latest Eke Ntolo project have described it as the "Best-of-the-best" album.  The DVD version of the Eke Ntolo 3 album also features a short comedy, Rra Mozara, a feature which also became a hit with collectors of the Eke Ntolo 2 DVD.  This time though Rra Mozara features two old men - Rra Monyaku and Rra Mokwetjepe - according to the announcement by Culture Spears studios
